Like V1_buildRelationTypeFromV1RelationType, but a column whose
type isn't in the graph (for example an enum that isn't loaded) doesn't
fail the relation type: the column is typed Any, keeps its name,
multiplicity, stereotypes and tagged values, and is listed in
unresolvedColumns with the type path the engine sent, so callers can warn.
