A column name as databases that compare names without case see it (SQL
Server, MemSQL, DuckDB): two names that fold the same are one column there,
so Cube never gives a column a name that folds to another column's. Close
to SQL Server's default collations: compatibility forms (fullwidth letters)
normalized, and case folded through upper case, so ß meets SS and a
final sigma meets σ.
